Chronology of success
1986 Bros. Andreas and Bernhard Fischer-Appelt found the Agentur Media Concept Öffentlichkeitsarbeit Fischer-Appelt GmbH in Hamburg. In the first two years the agency establishes itself in particular with environmental issues. Since the beginning of the 90s, the brothers open further offices in Berlin and Stuttgart and expand their range of clients to growth markets of various sectors - from telecommunications and technology, children & youth marketing, financial communications and brand PR to healthcare and public affairs.

1998
Media Concept acquires a majority stake in the Munich agency Jolly Medienhaus of Susanne Kamm. She becomes partner, her agency is integrated into the fischerAppelt group of agencies.

2000
During a phase of rapid growth Andreas and Bernhard Fischer-Appelt decided to rename their company fischerAppelt Kommunikation.

May 2001
Claudia Fischer-Appelt founds the agency Ligalux as the design brand of FischerAppelt Kommunikation. The team of over 30 experienced experts of design and interactive design, typography and production had its origins in FischerAppelt Kommunikation's graphic design department.

August 2001 
FischerAppelt Kommunikation opens an office in the agency stronghold of  Düsseldorf. Lars Cords as its head takes on the job of establishing the office, later he becomes one of the important  partners of fischerAppelt, beeing responsible for new business and the management of client relationships in northern Germany.

2001
In the course of the group's renaming and realignment the Holding Everpublic AG was created as brand for integrated communication and international cooperation. The GmbHs (private limited companies) FischerAppelt Kommunikation and Ligalux operate under its roof.

April 2002
FischerAppelt establishes GlobalHealthPR, an independent network for healthcare communication, together with other partners. This international umbrella organisation consists of seven high-ranking agencies from three continents: Besides fischerAppelt these are the initiator Santé Communications, London, as well as Spektrum Science Public Relations, Washington DC, Chamberlain Communications Group, New York, GroupePR, Paris, PRForce, Brussels and Inoue Public Relations, Tokyo.

September 2003
The Everpublic AG acquires a majority stake in Ziegler & Ziegler IR Consulting, an agency specialised in investor relations. Under the new name fischerAppelt, ziegler Financial Communications the group of agencies together with Nico and Ulf Ziegler and Dr Matthias Larisch expand the competence network into the segment of financial communications and open joint offices in Hamburg and Frankfurt.

September 2004
Martin Dohmen switches from Euro RSCG ABC to fischerAppelt Düsseldorf and takes over the office management from Lars-Christian Cords.

October 2004
fischerAppelt becomes an exclusive partner in the independent international agency network PROI. Public Relations Organisation International is the oldest and largest network of owner-managed PR agencies in the world with 51 offices and more than 1,000 clients.

2006:
The year 2006 was a record year for fischerAppelt Communications, with an 18.2 million Euro turnover in fees.  This was an increase of 20 percent compared to the previous year. The total annual turnover was 30 million Euro and the number of permanent employees grew from 158 to 166.  This growth spurt can be attributed to rising demands, in particular, in the areas of financial communications, market communications, pharmacy, and media.

2007:
With its acquisition of DaimlerChrysler tv.media situated in Stuttgart, fischerAppelt Communications has expanded its business in the area of moving images.  DaimlerChrysler AG (stock symbol DCX) has sold its fully self-owned subsidiary TV production firm to the Hamburg agency group as of June 1st, 2006. The services range from the conception and realization of IPTV, Web TV and corporate/business TV formats to high-quality image film, Internet, multimedia, and 3-D productions, to audiovisual productions and live broadcasts of large international events. The company will continue to operate in Stuttgart with Andreas Vill and Christopher Nolde as general managers.
